How do you win in Tamerlane Chess?

Win by checkmating the opponent king, trapping the king so it cannot escape capture (Stalemate=Loss rule applies), or forcing the opponent to resign.

What is the King Swap rule?

If a king captures an opponent piece and the captured piece is adjacent to the capturing king, the opponent may swap their king with the captured piece.

What is the Citadel rule?

The two corner squares on each player side are called Citadels. If your king reaches the opponent citadel, the game ends in a draw.

By accessing this platform, you accept our terms of service. Timur Satrancı provides services 'As-Is' and accepts no liability for technical disruptions or data losses. Service interruptions may occur and periodic maintenance updates may be applied.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Using another person's account, account sharing and unauthorized access is prohibited. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility.

2.1 Guest Users (Without Registration)

When you play without creating an account, a Device ID is assigned to your browser. You are responsible for the activities performed under your Device ID. Guest accounts may be terminated if they violate these terms.

3. Code of Conduct

Users are obligated to behave fairly and respectfully within the platform. The use of third-party software/cheats, harassing statements towards other users and manipulating the system is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs and software rights on the platform belong to Timur Satrancı. All visual and audio elements of the game, piece designs and code base may not be distributed, copied or used in individual/commercial activities without permission.

5. Termination and Suspension

Your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended or terminated if you violate the terms of service. You may delete your account and leave the platform at any time. Guest accounts that remain inactive for 24 months may be automatically deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Timur Satrancı is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding your use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against all claims, damages and expenses arising from your violation of the terms of service or your unlawful use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising.
